1. Information we handle
Account information: names, work email addresses and roles of the people who use Aurevet at a clinic.
Clinic records: owner, pet, appointment, clinical, pharmacy, billing and staff records that a clinic enters into the software. These belong to the clinic and are processed only to provide the service.
Website enquiries: the details you send us through the Demo and Contact pages, which open as an email to our team.
2. How we use information
To provide and maintain the Aurevet software for each clinic.
To reply to demo requests, questions and support requests.
3. Access to data
Access inside a clinic is controlled by roles and permissions, and activity is recorded in an audit trail.
4. Retention and deletion
A clinic controls its own records. To ask about exporting or deleting data, contact us.
